Refunds

If you cancel a paid online class or test series before it begins, we will issue a full refund.
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will issue a full refund.
If you receive an incorrect product, we will issue a full refund.

Please note that we do not offer refunds for digital products, including e-books and other downloadable materials.

Cancellations
